1 ingredient · 5 minutes · 1 serving

Did you know after water, tea is the most widely consumed drink in the world? Yeah, join the party. A good cup of tea can ward off cravings, bring more antioxidants in your life, and help improve blood flow around the body. Chamomile tea specifically can reduce inflammation, ease anxiety, assist in reducing menstrual pain and supports a good night's sleep! If you aren't usually a tea drinker, treat yourself and find a special mug or glass that brings you joy - you won't regret it.

  • 1 cup Chamomile Tea (brewed)

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Like it sweet? Add a sweetener of choice to taste, or a splash of milk of your choice for flavor.

Sip it slow,
