Here's a smoothie that'll have you hooked from the start. Start your day off right with this super breakfast that's full of yummy ingredients to get the juices flowing. What makes this smoothie such a brain booster? That would be the avocado and leafy greens to make this the best decision you'll make all day (until lunchtime at least).


  • ½ cup of blueberries (frozen is fine)

  • Half an avocado

  • 2 handfuls of leafy greens (e.g., spinach or kale)

  • 1 tbs of coconut oil

  • Handful of walnuts

  • Cocoa powder (optional for taste)

  • Unsweetened almond milk or water

Toss those goodies in the blender, grab your favorite cup and get going.
