Once you try your fruits with a dash of cinnamon, you won't go back. This fruit salad is a great snack after some fun in the sun, or make extra to bring to a backyard barbeque! It'll be a crowd please, pinky promise.
2 cups Pineapple (diced)
1 cup Strawberries (stems removed, diced)
1 cup Blueberries
2 Kiwi (peeled, diced)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsps Lemon Juice
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and toss until well combined. For an added touch, serve it with nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, or ice cream. Divide into small bowls and share with a friend! One serving equals approximately 1 1/4 cup.
Leftovers? Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
