Happy Brain Smoothie
Organic, Vegetarian
• ¾ cup milk (cow’s, goat’s, or unsweetened plan milk, e.g., almond)
• 3 tablespoons kefir
• 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
• 1 small avocado
• 6-8 raspberries
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric or 1/2 -inch fresh turmeric root
• 1 teaspoon psyllium husks or ½ teaspoon group psyllium husk
• A pinch of ground ginger or 1/4 -inch fresh ginger root
What to do:
Blend all ingredients until pureed.
