Cook wild caught Cod (only $5.00 at Fred Meyer!) with some olive oil and salt.
What to do:
• Mix kale with other salad greens, tomatoes, sweet pepper, cucumber, and either lemon or lime as dressing with salt.
• Add-ons: quinoa and avocado for a more hearty dinner.
• Tip: try adding a healthy fat, whole grain, protein and lots of veggies to every salad!
