Mind the Blueberries Smoothie
Organic, Vegan
• ½ cup of blueberries (frozen is fine)
• Half an avocado
• 2 handfuls of leafy greens (e.g., spinach or kale)
• 1 tbs of coconut oil
• Handful of walnuts
• Cocoa powder (optional for taste)
• Unsweetened almond milk or water
What to do:
Blend all ingredients until pureed.
